Evidence review queue.
Twenty-one current-model research targets are tracked without converting absent evidence into a low score. Every new observation begins excluded and must pass the server-enforced promotion gate.
Default-deny scoring: an admin checkbox alone can no longer make evidence score-applicable. Exact model/configuration confirmation, verified state, eligible provenance, protocol metadata and an HTTPS source are all required.

1. Exact mapping
The benchmark subject and relevant configuration must match the representative model.
2. Comparable protocol
Benchmark version, harness, date, metric and direction must be recorded.
3. Eligible provenance
Only independent or approved Artificial Index measurements may be promoted.
